POLICY
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FPV Drone (“FPV Drone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit fpvdrone.net and use related features, communications, and services (collectively, the “Site”). It also explains choices that may be available to you.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled by FPV Drone through the Site and direct communications with us. It does not govern a retailer, manufacturer, affiliate network, social platform, payment processor, shipping carrier, embedded service, or other third party that operates under its own privacy policy.
When you follow a link to another website, any information collected on that website is controlled by that third party. Review its privacy policy and terms before providing information or making a purchase.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:
- Your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the contents of messages you send us.
- Your email address and marketing preferences if you subscribe to a newsletter, product update, deal alert, or other mailing list.
- Survey responses, product feedback, review information, or other content you voluntarily submit if those features are offered.
- Order, billing, shipping, support, return, warranty, and transaction information if FPV Drone later sells products directly.
- Business identity, resale certificate, tax information, purchasing contacts, shipping destinations, order history, and credit or payment terms if you apply for or use a future wholesale program.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as:
- Internet Protocol address and approximate location derived from it.
- Browser type, operating system, device type, screen information, language, and general device characteristics.
- Pages viewed, links clicked, searches performed, referring and exit pages, dates, times, session information, and interaction events.
- Cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers.
- Diagnostic, security, error, and server-log information.
- Affiliate-link clicks, referral identifiers, and transaction attribution reported by an affiliate network or retailer.
Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from service providers and business partners, including aggregated analytics, affiliate conversion reports, payment status, order fulfillment updates, fraud signals, email delivery and engagement data, and other information needed to operate the Site and future commerce features. Affiliate reports generally identify a referral or transaction and commission information rather than providing us with the retailer’s complete customer record.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
- Measure traffic, content performance, search behavior, referrals, and Site usability.
- Respond to questions, support requests, partnership inquiries, and other communications.
- Send newsletters, product updates, offers, or other marketing when you have subscribed or when otherwise permitted by law.
- Track affiliate referrals, calculate commissions, detect abuse, and evaluate commercial performance.
- Process and fulfill future direct or wholesale orders, collect payment, provide support, handle returns, administer warranties, and maintain transaction records.
- Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, protect users and the Site, and investigate security or misuse.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and complete a merger, financing, sale, or other business transaction.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Service providers: Hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, customer support, payment processing, accounting, fraud prevention, data storage, and technical vendors that support the Site or future sales.
- Affiliate networks and retailers: Parties that route affiliate links, attribute referrals, report qualifying transactions, prevent fraud, and pay commissions.
- Commerce and fulfillment partners: Payment processors, warehouses, distributors, manufacturers, shipping carriers, tax providers, and support vendors used for future direct or wholesale sales.
- Professional advisers: Accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, and consultants when reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety recipients: Courts, regulators, law enforcement, counterparties, and other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Site.
- Business transaction recipients: Potential or actual buyers, investors, lenders, successors, or advisers involved in a financing, merger, reorganization, sale, bankruptcy, or transfer of some or all of the business.
- Recipients you direct: Other parties when you request or consent to the disclosure.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we later introduce a practice treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-out controls before or when that practice begins.
6. Email and Marketing Communications
If we add an email subscription feature, we may use the information you provide to send newsletters, product updates, deals, educational content, and sales messages. Subscription forms should explain what you are signing up to receive.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing admin@fpvdrone.net. We may retain a limited suppression record to honor the request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional or service messages about an order, account, support request, safety notice, warranty, or other ongoing relationship.
We do not sell subscriber email addresses to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
7. Future Direct and Wholesale Sales
FPV Drone is currently affiliate-supported and may later sell owned, private-label, distributed, or wholesale products. When direct checkout is offered, we may collect contact, billing, shipping, order, tax, support, return, and warranty information needed to complete the transaction.
Payment-card information will generally be submitted directly to a third-party payment processor. FPV Drone does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems. The payment processor’s privacy policy and security terms apply to its handling of payment information.
Wholesale applications and transactions may require business identity, purchasing authority, resale or tax certificates, trade references, payment terms, shipping destinations, and records needed for fraud prevention, accounting, compliance, and fulfillment.
We will update this Policy if a new sales process materially changes the personal information we collect, how we use it, or the parties with which it is disclosed.
8. Data Retention and Security
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain security, honor privacy and unsubscribe requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.
Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in the applicable analytics service. Marketing contact information is retained while a subscription remains active and as needed to maintain suppression records. Transaction and wholesale records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate security when communicating with us and should not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.
To submit a request, email admin@fpvdrone.net with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and the state or country where you live. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer’s identity.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some information may be exempt from a request, including information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, or the rights of others.
Cookie and Browser Choices
You can control cookies through browser settings and any consent or privacy control provided on the Site. Blocking cookies may affect some functions. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by one consistent industry standard. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising on the Site, we do not currently offer a separate sale or sharing opt-out. If that changes and applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will implement the required process.
Residents Outside the United States
FPV Drone is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar law applies, the legal basis may include consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as Site operation, security, analytics, support, and fraud prevention. You may have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact admin@fpvdrone.net so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Site, vendors, sales channels, data practices, or law. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
